error: cb.apply is not a function while running commands in node.js

Solution

C:\Users\(your username)\AppData\Roaming
Delete the npm folder and npm cache folder.
Run below command

“npm clean cache -force”

Uinstall Nodejs
Reinstall Nodejs.

This helped me to resolve the issue.

I am the global admin, Site owner. I had all the elevated access on the site but still got access denied error while uploading folder with files to Style library. I rechecked my access, every thing was just fine.
